Pricing in USDالتسعير بالدولار الأمريكي

All services are quoted per project in US dollars (USD). Each written quotation lists the scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline and payment schedule, and is valid for 30 days. Work starts once the quotation is accepted, usually with a deposit followed by milestone invoices. Prices exclude taxes and third-party costs (such as hosting, licences or provider fees) unless the quotation says otherwise.

جميع الخدمات تُسعَّر لكل مشروع بالدولار الأمريكي (USD). يتضمن كل عرض سعر مكتوب النطاق والمخرجات والمراحل والجدول الزمني وجدول الدفع، ويسري لمدة 30 يوماً. يبدأ العمل بعد قبول العرض، وعادةً بدفعة مقدمة ثم فواتير حسب المراحل. لا تشمل الأسعار الضرائب وتكاليف الأطراف الأخرى (مثل الاستضافة أو التراخيص أو رسوم المزودين) ما لم يذكر العرض خلاف ذلك.

Digital deliveryالتسليم الرقمي

All deliverables are digital; nothing is shipped. We deliver through access to a code repository or archive, deployment to your own hosting or app-store accounts, and documentation sent by email. Delivery dates are set per milestone in each quotation.

Acceptanceالقبول

After each delivery you have 10 business days to report, in writing, anything that does not materially match the agreed scope. We fix reported issues at no extra cost. Otherwise the milestone is accepted at the end of that period or when you use it in production.

بعد كل تسليم لديك 10 أيام عمل للإبلاغ كتابياً عن أي اختلاف جوهري عن النطاق المتفق عليه، ونصلح ما يُبلَّغ عنه دون تكلفة إضافية. وإلا تُعد المرحلة مقبولة بنهاية هذه المدة أو عند استخدامها في التشغيل الفعلي.

Cancellation & refundsالإلغاء والاسترجاع

You may cancel by email at any time. You pay only for work performed and non-recoverable third-party costs; any amount paid in advance for work not performed is refunded. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days, decide within 10 business days, and pay approved refunds within 14 business days.

يمكنك الإلغاء بالبريد الإلكتروني في أي وقت، وتدفع فقط مقابل العمل المنجز وتكاليف الأطراف الأخرى غير القابلة للاسترداد، ويُعاد أي مبلغ مدفوع مقدماً عن عمل لم يُنجز. نؤكد استلام الطلب خلال يومي عمل، ونقرر خلال 10 أيام عمل، وندفع المبالغ المعتمدة خلال 14 يوم عمل.

This website does not collect or store card details. Where online card payment is offered for an invoice, it is handled by a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider on its own secure page. This website is served only over HTTPS.
