The controller of personal data collected through pixelpioneer.io and in connection with our Services is Pixel Pioneer Information Technology LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (NM Entity No. 7837003), registered office (registered agent address): 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. For contracts signed by PIXEL PIONEER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C (Dubai, UAE, DET Licence No. 1191384, C-94 Al Aber Building 01, Abu Hail, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), that company is the controller of the data processed under those contracts. - To answer enquiries and prepare quotations (steps before a contract / legitimate interests).
- To deliver Services, invoice and keep records (performance of a contract; legal obligations).

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one item in your browser's local storage to remember your language choice (English or Arabic). Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
5. Who we share data with
Only with: service providers that host our website, email and files, under confidentiality and data-processing terms; professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; third-party providers that a Client asks us to integrate, to the extent needed for the project; and authorities where required by law.
